Peter Pan's Lost Boys - Design Co-ordinator

SISATA's immersive production of Peter Pan was a collaborative project where a team of designers and I, designed and made the costumes for The Lost Boys.  This was an incredibly interesting project that allowed my creativity to shine through.  I took on the role of Design Co-ordinator which involved organising the team creatively and making sure our costumes where cohesive and functional. This project had a huge emphasis on sustainability. We endeavoured to make all costumes form second-hand resources and where we could apply sustainable practises to the construction of garments.

My design for 'Nibs' of The Lost Boys.

Emilia - Prop Supervisor

As a Prop Supervisor on the AUB production of Emilia I was in charge of creating and sourcing all of the props that would be used within the production. Through working alongside designers, the director and the production team, my job was to help realise the props and make sure they worked visually and practically within the play.

Emilia was an incredible play written to champion the life and work of Emilia Bassano and it was wonderful to be apart of this show. Just some of the props included an interactive chest, printed pages of poetry, large Elizabethan books and a fake baby.

Still Here - Costume Designer

Still Here

Still Here is a new play that will be performed in June 2025 at the Palace Court Theatre, Bournemouth. The play is set across 3 time periods that cross over. In 2019 4 teenagers break into the Palace Court Theatre to look for ghosts. In 1960 we see an amateur dramatics group put on their final play at the theatre of Edward the Martyr and in 978 we see the real story of Edward the Martyr unfold. These three stories overlap and merge creating a high intensity play that explores the depth and breadth of human relationships.

Costume Designer

As the Costume Designer for the 60s and Edward the Martyr, it was important for me to explore the depth and intricacies of the characters. Each one has a backstory that I really wished to bring through with my designs. I have linked my characters where I can with colour palettes and symbolism.

I am so excited to see these designs come to life in June 2025.

Milk Candies

Co- Costume Designer

Milk Candies is a BFS Grad Film about two boys who have grown up together and are now at a crossroads in their lives. It explores the challenges of growing up and moving on whilst looking a important relationships that are created in our lives. What first drew me to Milk Candies was the emotion and realism behind the script. I loved the way it highlighted a time in kids lives where they start to grow up and begin to feel real changes.

Costume designing for Milk Candies was a great opportunity to bring emotion through subtle costuming. It was important that my co-costume designer (Lula Hedger) and I used colour palettes and interesting textures on screen to highlight each of the characters.

Your Life Sucks, Here’s Why

Co- Costume Designer

Your Life Sucks, Heres Why is a BFS Grad Film and follows the story of Cora, a young adult who suffers form anxiety that gets drawn into a 1950s television set. 'The Fix it Family' show promises Cora that her life will be fixed if she were to join it.

Initially I was drawn into this film by the opportunity to costume design for a period piece. Alongside my co- designer (Lula Hedger), we agreed that the 1950s is such an incredible period of time for fashion and as costume designers, we were really excited to help build the world of this film.

Through costume, we showed the contrast between Cora's reality in her modern life and the 1950s surreal perfection shown through the television set.
